Working closely to the Marketing Team, the Junior Growth Hacker leads the digital demand generation strategy. They contribute to the company from both new and existing customers by developing effective lead generation, inbound marketing, conversion optimisation and marketing campaigns.
You will have a passion for marketing, innovation and results in delivery. Most importantly, You want to change the World and make it a better place. Comfortable managing a broad remit of digital channels and levers, you’ll be organised, with an attention to detail and the ability to grasp new tech quickly. You will be comfortable with a data- and analytics-led approach to maximise channel and content performance.
